Thomas to run Tuesday at combine

By Ken Sugiura

Former Georgia Tech defensive back Jemea Thomas will participate in on-field drills Tuesday at the NFL draft combine with the rest of the defensive backs. While in Indianapolis, players also go through medical examinations, interviews with teams and psychological testing. The process takes four days. The defensive backs checked in Saturday.

They’ll test in the bench press Monday, measuring reps of 225 pounds, before being assessed in drills such as the 40-yard dash, vertical jump and skill drills. The combine is being broadcast on the NFL Network and streamed on nfl.com.

Former Tech defensive end Jeremiah Attaochu attended the combine but did not participate in the on-field drills due to a hamstring injury. He met with reporters Saturday, including AJC Falcons writer D. Orlando Ledbetter. Video here.

Looking forward to seeing Jemea play on Sundays.

It's funny that MikeBanned is not being allowed to troll this message board anymore.

the Acadamies, like us, only grant BSs, so some math is required, unlike schools giving BAs, & the relationship of something to nothing is infinity, would be happy to be in a league with them, except i wonder if Army & Navy have the coaches who were the brains behind the TO.......since neither the Tech academic senate or the board of regents are going to change anything, at least i, if not you & B_J, am happy.....

I bet Jemea can bench 225 lbs. more times than Clowney

Good luck One_four.

The combine is WAY oversubscribed though.

Johnson and Gregory aren't paid to win.  They're paid to graduate athletes, keep their mouths shut and please The Leadership Nerds on The Hill.
